Spectra has been an internet and connectivity service provider operating in 6 cities with its own end to end optical fibre network for over a decade. Spectra caters to both in B2B and B2C segments, however majority of the customer and revenue base is from B2B and SMB segments. Over last 2 years Spectra has enhanced its product portfolio and started offering Managed Services. Spectra has built an end-to-end Network-as-a-Service portfolio from Managed Wi-Fi and LAN to SD-WAN services


Today, Spectra operates its fiber broadband internet services in Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Pune. Spectra’s business is divided into Infrastructure, Data, and Voice. Under Data, Spectra provides internet and other connectivity services to various SMBs, Enterprises, and Homes. Spectra provides revolutionary products to its target markets on the back of its expansive intra-city optic fiber network spanning over 4,000Kms and has access to co-location services.


Key Result Areas / Key Deliverables

  • Create and manage B2B product strategy
  • Lead new product and solution development for industries and customers
  • Review existing products and drive new feature development
  • Building the Go-To Market strategy for new products
  • Review and propose the Go-To Market for existing products for greater customer market share and revenue market share
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers
  • Guide the sales team to drive customer market share and revenue market share
  • Drive product profitability
  • Establish healthy competitive intelligence
  • Responsible to deliver the product and marketing led inputs and analysis to achieve the gross adds and revenue targets from existing products and markets as per the Annual Operating Plan  Responsible to enhance the margins and driving superior product mix from existing products  
  • Drive increase in ARPU with Customer Service
  • Creating new product (solution/service) in collaboration with Network Planning, IT, O&M, Customer Service, Network Operations, and Marketing Communications, Business Excellence.
  • Provide product support to sales, inside sales, and contact center
  • Analyze market and develop competitive insight to build strong positioning and design of a highly competitive product portfolio
