Job Description

To achieve business growth for digital and physical channels in Urban and Rural markets;

  • Business growth through new strategic initiatives for enhancing revenue from recharges and acquisitions
  • Evaluate growth opportunities derived from quantitative analysis of current business scenario through lens of geography, channel, customer, technical capability, experience and brand partnerships.
  • Identify major obstacles and create a strategic action plan against them. Focus on the long term business and expert solution needed to achieve them as well as the potential opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate discussions with stake holders to collaborate on the areas of proposed improvements
  • Own the timely and effective delivery of projects for revenue growth by maintaining project management best practices, partnering with central and geography teams and platform team for new capability development to deliver project objectives.
  • Drive continuous growth and improvement in areas of

a. Digital and physical channel availability

b. Campaigns for customers, channel partners

c. Monitoring mechanisms to enable prioritisation of channel partners, geography and customer segments
