Job Description
  • Working with Database and API working
  • Should understand incident management and criticality of fixing bugs 
  • Aggressive and Resolution oriented professional needed as interactions with multiple IT teams (Application, vendor, TechOps, Infosec)
  • Should have a general understanding of data on social channels like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube as well as upcoming channels like TikTok and Daily motion.
  • Social Media Monitoring / Analytics: Sift through volumes of data, to identify prominent themes, trends and relationships
  • Knowledge: Remain up to date on social media domain knowledge and train internal resources.
  • Report Generation: Write strong and insightful reports, advanced usage of MS office and make presentations to the internal teams.
  • Should be flexible with Rotational Shift
