Spectra has been an internet and connectivity service provider operating in 6 cities with its own end to end optical fibre network for over a decade. Spectra caters to both in B2B and B2C segments, however majority of the customer and revenue base is from B2B and SMB segments. Over last 2 years Spectra has enhanced its product portfolio and started offering Managed Services. Spectra has built an end-to-end Network-as-a-Service portfolio from Managed Wi-Fi and LAN to SD-WAN services


Today, Spectra operates its fiber broadband internet services in Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Pune. Spectra’s business is divided into Infrastructure, Data, and Voice. Under Data, Spectra provides internet and other connectivity services to various SMBs, Enterprises, and Homes. Spectra provides revolutionary products to its target markets on the back of its expansive intra-city optic fiber network spanning over 4,000Kms and has access to co-location services.


Job Purpose

This is a large portfolio which will require a structured thought to manage. To survive in this role, an individual has to be able to understand how broadband is being brought and therefore influence change, which make it easy for the consumer to choose us. Data & testing are natural requirement of this profile and, the individual has to bring in an analytical mind into looking at the bottlenecks and addressing the same. This role will require the individual to be operationally strong and to have an eye for details.


  1. Manage product communication and launches
  • Finalize the usp of the products
  • Product messaging
  • Product collateral development
  • Agency management
  • Good understanding of design


  1. Acts as the custodian of the brand and adherence to brand guidelines
  2. To promote Spectra brand in social media
  • Own the social media calendar
  • Drive fan acquisition and engagement
  • Manage social media campaigns
  • To manage creative agencies


  1. To create a strong employer brand in social media and other digital avenues
  • Own the employer branding calendar
  • Own LinkedIn, Glassdoor as a platform
  • Ensure internal communication from HR & Sales are prepared and disseminated in brand tone and manner


  1. Manage ORM in social media
  • Manage response to @OnSpectra on twitter, FB messenger
  • Manage responses Quora & Google reviews
  • Manager active responses on FB and Twitter. Seek opportunities to create a positive impact for the brand
  • Frame ORM policies and SOP
