Spectra provides revolutionary products to its target markets on the back of its expansive intra-city optic fiber network spanning over 4,000Kms and has access to co-location services.


Job Purpose

The Inside Sales Manager will lead the day to day management of the Inside Sales Solutions Team. Co-lead, with the sales coach, the recruitment, training and development of the solution team. He/She will also be responsible for developing their own skill sets surrounding technology foundations, Spectra’s solutions offering, sales and soft skills.

This is a hunting profile with a strong focus on the following:

  • Delivers ongoing sales number
  • Manages the team to identify and qualify massive incremental opportunity
  • Act as an L3 for sales pitch resolution with the customer



  • Own and drive sales motions
  • Develop a sales plan
  • Develop a predictable pipeline of short, mid, and long-term business
  • Manage the sales process and drive deals to closure focus on net new logos



  • Value/Volume Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Plan Attainment
  • Forecast accuracy
  • CRM Hygiene (contacts, forecasts, notes)
  • Pipeline funnel growth and close rates


Key Inter-Relationships


  • Interacts with VP-Sales on targets and business outcome
  • Partners with Marketing (Media + HubSpot) to increase segment sales growth (planning of offers)
  • Partner with sales coach to remove process or talent friction points
