assigned industry vertical(s). - Lead the areas in sales planning, goal setting, go to
market strategy
To have an in-depth understanding on the respective vertical, conceptualize and build
end to end solutions to help companies grow their businesses through seamless digital
transformation journey.
Understand the vertical in length and breadth and pre-empt the future requirements so
that we are ready with the product suite proactively
Driving a team of Circle enterprise Head and their teams across the country to achieve their
revenue targets
Defining goals, establishing metrics, measuring attainment of those goals and enforce
their compliance through a streamlined process.
Interacting with key stakeholders within cross functional teams and peers to ensure
that the end to end delivery is seamless and smooth
Collaborate with product team to facilitate the development of product offerings and
solutions based on identified needs and emerging trends. Actively participate on the
standardizing processes for presales, sales and post sales cycle and bring strategic
closure and sustenance to larger deals.
Effectively coach members of the sales team & drive them towards attaining
organizational goals.

environment.
Address performance management issues by effectively engaging SHQ(State) & NHQ
Ability to work in close collaboration with stakeholders and peers from within the
organization to build enterprise product suite and ensure delivery of revenue targets
through a geographically dispersed sales team
