Job Profile: General Manager – Sales (Pan India)

Requirements:

 Candidate should have handled Pan India sales in FMCG industry.

 Good at communication and should be presentable.

 Readiness for travelling at Plan India Level.

 

Job Description:

 Work with the Director & President as a member of the Executive Team on identifying and developing new business at Pan India level.

 Serve as a key member of the team that establishes the company's strategic direction.

 Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company's overall strategy.

 Develop and manage strategic partnerships and optimize revenue growth.

 Maintain key customer relationships, develop, and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base.

 To develop innovative business plans and sales strategies for different verticals at pan India.

 Set up new distribution partners resulting in new sales and identify issues with existing business practices.

 Expedite growth plans by identifying key clients, key targets.

 Manage budget forecasting, goal setting and performance reporting for all current accounts.

 Effectively manage the areas of Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and Focus on resource optimization and marketing strategies to achieve maximum output.

 Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with market and industry influencers through association and community involvement.

 Budget and sales planning and projections.

 Manage regional team of around 8-10 member, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
